A project in 3 phases
We will accompany your project to develop a Crime Prevention Model (CPM), in 3 phases:
1. Registration phase: Diagnostic Report (ID) and Cliff Map + Suggestions Report (IS)
2. Procedures Phase: Based on the Action Plan and development of the transversal policies (Code of Conduct, Compliance Policy, Protocols of the Internal Control Organization and the Ethical Channel) and specific ones.
3. Training plan: Annual training plans in person, live or online. Didactic material, objective achievement test and business certification.
Preliminary study phase
Opening of negotiation and constitution of the negotiating commission.
Diagnostic phase
.Collection and analysis of the data required to know the degree of integration of equality between women and men in the entity.
Design, approval and registration phase
Definition of objectives, design of measures, establishment of monitoring indicators, preparation of an application calendar, approval and registration of the Plan to follow.
Implementation phase
Implementation of the approved measures, verification of the degree of development of these measures and evaluation of results.
Evaluation phase
Assessment of the degree of achievement of objectives, results and impact that the implemented business plan has had.

Annual training plans in person, live or online. Didactic material, objective achievement test and business certificate.
Individual Risk Study (IRS)
Preparation of the Individual Risk Study to determine the level of global risk, in terms of AML/TF that the company presents.
Procedures Manual
Review and preparation of internal Protocols and Policies on AML/FT prevention through the corresponding Manual: due diligence measures, Suspicious Transaction Declarations (STD), Restrictive Measures, communications and collaboration with the UIFAND and other compliance measures. Configuration of control measures with the designation of an Internal Control and Communication Body (ICCB) and the creation of an Ethical Channel.
Annual training plan
Annual training plans in person, live or online. Didactic material, objective achievement test and business certificate.
Additional services
Management of the Ethical Channel (or Complaints Channel) and advice in the Internal Control and Communication Body (ICCB) of the company.
Analysis phase
Review of the situation, study of the context and development of a diagnostic report, along with a specific risk map.
Procedures phase
Creation of alerts and controls, creation of the dashboard and information generator: Specific policies or protocols.
Training phase
Annual training plans in person, live or online. Didactic material, objective achievement test and business certificate.
